About me

Hi, I’m Caroline, Personal Development Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and 'mind/body’ somatic focused Coach.

I help you to focus forwards on what you want, working though problems, relationships, stress and anxieties to help you rebalance your life to feel happier, healthier and more successful.

I will help you work out where you are now and your best way to move forward. We will work together to identify what holds you back, what needs to change, and to create more options for a better life. I can help with your personal life, work life, business, and personal development.  If you’ve started a business and feel stuck, isolated or overwhelmed. If you are anxious and stressed or have relationships that aren’t working well.  Or perhaps you need more energy, more confidence and to feel more positive? These all affect your state of mind and wellbeing and with my help will change.

I believe you can change your life by understanding how to take personal control of it.  I help you understand how your brain functions, informed through neuroscience and the powerful relationship it has with your body to help you to think, feel and act differently. This is how you develop greater confidence, energy and positive lasting change. I support people to break through the negative barriers and beliefs, emotions and fears that stop them achieving their dreams and to create options that empower success.

We often shy away from helping ourselves, struggling with self-doubt, not enough-ness and fear. Negative emotions and anxieties caste shadows over us, our relationships, careers, and wellbeing. I have personally experienced this and it affected me mentally and even created physical trauma as a child. Understanding how the body reacts to how we think, we can make change and find solutions. You can be stronger, fitter, healthier and to take more ownership of who we are physically, mentally and emotionally. It be done, and I am here to help you do just that.  Call me for a free initial chat.

I've spent over 25 years in the ‘people’ business as a Chartered MCIPD professional, working with organisations supporting, training, and developing people before I moved into coaching, I retrained and refocused my own life through coaching and practitioner qualifications, accreditation and experience.  Where I am today ideally places me to help you find the direction you want, the goals you wish to achieve and the life and outcomes for yourself and your wellbeing.  If you are looking for a fresh approach, contact me.

How I work

I use a fusion coaching approach with tools and techniques from different coaching styles that enable you to create positive shifts in your life. We all think, feel and behave in a unique way so I use a bespoke method, so we can remain flexible. This is also why if a particular style doesn’t suit you, I have many more options and tools we can try. Some also like walking coaching ‘walk:talk’ and I do that too because it creates helpful shifts in your body chemistry and energy flow through gentle movement.   I work with the person, not just the issue, because life isn’t black or white. With my support, you embark on a purposeful journey of self awareness, insight and choice from the first session.

·         I work with anyone wanting my help.

·         I can specialise with individuals and professionals in business or organisations, especially leaders and Human Resources professionals in need of support from someone that understands.

·         I also take referrals from organisations wishing to support employees to be more effective and successful and for their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Sessions are confidential, reasonably priced and governed by the ethical standards of the industry bodies. I will support and challenge you in your thinking and guide you.  You can trust that I'll offer perspective, honesty, encouragement and support every step of the way to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

How we begin

Coaching relies on a relationship based on trust and chemistry so our initial conversation is important and as much to get to know each other better as it is to understand your needs.
