About me

Hi, I’m Caroline, Personal Development Coach, Master NLP Coach, and 'mind/body’ Neuro-somatic focused Coach.  

Working with 'Midlifers'  facing frustrations and challenges in a complex time in their life. I help you to work though daily stresses and anxieties,  indecision and frustrations to rebalance your mind and refocus your life to feel happier, healthier and more successful as you seek to make positive change.

My coaching helps resolve the confusion of where you are now and your best way forward to identify what holds you back and what needs to change for a better life. Whether its your personal life, work , business, or self development.  If you feel stuck, isolated or overwhelmed by your business,  increased work or family relationships and commitements, anxiety and stress can be challenging.   Perhaps you lack energy, or confidence. These all affect your state of mind and wellbeing and with my help you can make change happen.

You change your life by understanding how to take control of it.  I help you do that through my neuroscience and somatic coaching to tackle what's causing your stress and overwhelm and learn to tap into the powerful relationship your brain has with your body to help you to think, feel and act differently. This is how you develop greater confidence, energy and positive lasting change.

We often shy away from or are fearful of helping ourselves. We struggle with self-doubt, not enough-ness and fear. Negative emotions and anxieties caste shadows over us, our relationships, careers, and wellbeing. I have personally experienced this and it affected me mentally and even created physical trauma as a child. Understanding how the body reacts to how we think, we can make change and find solutions and so take more ownership of who we are physically, mentally and emotionally. I spent over 25 years in the ‘people’ business as an HR Chartered professional, working with organisations supporting, training, and developing people before I moved into coaching, I retrained and refocused my own life through coaching and practitioner qualifications, accreditation and experience.  Where I am today ideally places me to help you find the direction you want, the goals you wish to achieve and the life and outcomes for yourself and your wellbeing.  If you are looking for a fresh approach, contact me. 

How I work 

I use a fusion coaching approach with tools and techniques from different coaching styles including NLP, CBT, somatic and neuro coaching that enable you to create positive shifts in your life. We all think, feel and behave in a unique way so I use a bespoke method, so we can remain flexible. This is also why if a particular style doesn’t suit you, I have many more options and tools we can try. Some also like walking coaching ‘walk:talk:coach' This creates helpful shifts in your body chemistry and energy flow through movement.   I work with the person, not just the issue, because life isn’t black or white. With my support, you embark on a purposeful journey of self awareness, insight and choice to get results from the first session.

Coaching relies on a relationship based on trust and chemistry so our initial conversation is important and as much to get to know each other better as it is to understand your needs.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Fees are affordable with positive gains from one session. To achieve beneficial deeper long term change takes a little longer and so a series of sessions is recommended. 

The frequency of sessions is by agreement, but weekly or biweekly is most usual. 

  • Free initial discovery session in person, telephone or online.  The discovery session is to get to know you a little and understand what you wish to achieve from coaching
  • 4 session pack - £220
  • 6 session  pack - £340
  • Price per session - £60 (Approx. one hour) 
  • 6 month specific programme - costs on request

Fee arrangements can be flexed to reflect needs and budget.
