Hello, I'm Alex and I'm a life coach using resilience to help you create sustainable change in your life and/or work.

If you answered yes to any of the above then there is work to do. Not fully living our lives is one of our greatest regrets in life and, more often than not, we are the obstacle in our own way. Resilience coaching is a process that will help you to start getting clear about your challenges – and your actual potential – and develop the confidence, courage and self-awareness to make change happen.

What is resilience coaching?

Resilience is often viewed as our ability to tolerate distress and recover from difficult things i.e. survival. But there is a whole other level of thriving too because being more resilient can also help you build the momentum and power you need for real transformation.

We will work with the tools of transformational and somatic coaching, as well as NLP techniques to help you achieve the perspective shift and habit changes you need to access:

  • The courage to be open hearted in relationships.
  • Self-awareness and feeling comfortable in your own skin.
  • Believing in yourself, your goals and dreams.
  • Strong emotional intelligence.
  • Setting healthy boundaries, articulating feelings and asking for what you need.
  • Being calm and clear about what comes next.
  • Consistency and persistence.
  • Feeling purpose-driven and excited, taking action.
  • Treating yourself, and others, with compassion.
  • Getting outside your comfort zone, not afraid of failure

Coaching is a process that nurtures self-awareness and the ability to understand yourself, avoid being overwhelmed by your inner critic or ego and to live to your full potential. It allows you to take control rather than feeling buffeted around by external events, to respond intentionally, make decisions confidently and avoid being bossed around by a subconscious that may still be locked in out of date narratives, fears and beliefs.

Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified as a coach on an ICF accredited course (Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice). I am also a student of NLP and somatic coaching techniques.

I have worked with many different clients, across a broad spectrum of ages and all walks of life.

Additional information

Every first contact starts with a free 10 minute discovery chat via Zoom where you can ask questions about me and the coaching to find out if it's for you. After that, my fee per session is £75. I offer discounts for block booking of sessions:

Further information

I coach both via Zoom and in-person (in Hampshire). Sessions are 45-60 minutes long on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Sessions are limited to 9 in total - unlike therapy, coaching is not designed to be an ongoing relationship but a structured process with a specific goal.

  • Health & Wellness. Unfortunately we are sometimes forced into changes around health and wellness by challenging circumstances. Resources of resilience can help you navigate this and feel self-supported.
  • Inspiration, Spirituality, Connection to self. Activating these areas of life is often something we ignore but they can drive positive transformation in many parts of you and resilience coaching is a space in which these can be explored.
