About me
As a resilience coach, I help people move from pushing through life to thriving in it. I don’t coach toughness - I coach real resilience: the kind that comes from mental flexibility, authenticity, self-trust, and nervous system regulation.
I guide people to step out of survival mode, release old patterns, and reconnect to their authentic selves. Together, in resilience coaching, we uncover what has been holding you back, untangle the impact of the past, release anxiety and self-doubt and build confidence and habits that nourish rather than drain.
My coaching blends science, somatic awareness, mindfulness and emotional intelligence to create spaces where transformation feels natural - grounded, not forced. Growth becomes not something you chase, but something you live once you've completed the resilience coaching progress.
Clients often tell me resilience coaching feels like a reset for the body, mind, and spirit - a place to stop striving and start returning to steadiness, clarity, and confidence.
True resilience isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about bending without breaking, breathing when everything feels too much, and finding your way forward with calm strength. Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified as a coach on an ICF accredited course - Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice. I am NLP certified, have a group coaching qualification and am studying somatic coaching techniques and Neurodiversity coaching.
I have worked with many different clients, across a broad spectrum of ages and all walks of life.

I coach both via Zoom and in-person (in Hampshire). Sessions are 45-60 minutes long on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Sessions are limited to 9 in total - unlike therapy, coaching is not designed to be an ongoing relationship but a structured process with a specific goal.
