About me

Resilience is how we survive the storm - and also whether we bloom after it.

It's the Bounce Back..

I.e. being able to adapt and be flexible during challenging times, stay resourceful and find solutions – and not give up. For this you need a flexible mindset and the ability to manage your emotions, as well as an understanding of your nervous system. Because you can’t bounce back, adapt or find solutions if you’re in fight, flight, freeze.

And the Spring Forward...

I.e. healing, accepting + knowing yourself to create a strong foundation of authenticity. Being able to transform your life, rise up and expand to reach goals and dreams. For this you need  to understand the impact of your past and remove mental limits it created e.g. shame, negativity + imposter syndrome, find motivation, confidence, purpose and vision – and to permanently switch your inner narrative from paralysing self-criticism to productive self-compassion.

I qualified as a coach on an ICF accredited course - Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice. I am NLP certified, have a group coaching qualification and am studying somatic coaching techniques and Neurodiversity coaching.

I have worked with many different clients, across a broad spectrum of ages and all walks of life.

I coach both via Zoom and in-person (in Hampshire). Sessions are 45-60 minutes long on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Sessions are limited to 9 in total - unlike therapy, coaching is not designed to be an ongoing relationship but a structured process with a specific goal.

Coaching nurtures self-awareness and the ability to understand yourself, avoid being overwhelmed by your inner critic or ego and to live to your full potential. It allows you to take control rather than feeling buffeted around by external events, to respond intentionally, make decisions confidently and avoid being bossed around by a subconscious that may still be locked in out of date narratives, fears and beliefs.
