I love to serve people and I serve people best through my coaching.
Through conversation we can discover more about ourselves and our beliefs. This is an important step toward seeing our future and what we would love to be doing in it. Some of our beliefs can be powerful drivers and yet some of them might be limiting. Helping you to identify which ones are serving you well and which ones might be holding you back is all part of the process we can go through, together.
It is nothing to be afraid of, it is just a conversation.

Having worked for over 25 years in the music industry with high achieving people who are committed to their goals, I have developed deep coaching skills to help people make important changes, amazing changes.
I have always been fascinated in “what makes people tick”. I nourished my fascination and went back to school. For three years I studied Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Solution Focused Supervision.

When I was producing and coaching JK from Jamiroquai, I learned a lot about how to get the best out of great people. Bjork, Joss Stone, Daniel Beddingfield, to name just a few. Over the years there have been a great many, and I gave my help for them to reach their goals and unlock their full potential.
Whilst I used to work with world class artists, today I work with individuals, entrepreneurs, teams, bosses and CEO's. To help them with communication and who aspire to accomplish more. Or sometimes they might just feel 'stuck' in the current job title they hold.

Our first conversation will only cost you your time. We can start looking at where you are and what you would like to be doing in the future. It will also give you time to ask what it would be like to work together. I believe it is important to see if we are a good fit, to be able to move forward, together.
Our first full session will be a spring board session. To dig a little deeper to help you uncover what you really want. From there we can discover if working further together is something that we would both agree to.
