About us
I provide online coaching specialising in empowering women to stop, re-focus and reconnect with what’s important. Perhaps you’re lacking confidence, feeling stuck, dissatisfied, anxious or even overwhelmed. Maybe you're wanting our make a career change and not sure which direction to take. Together, we can establish what a fulfilled life means to you and chart a course to get there.
My approach often starts with an exercise that establishes your values, this provides an important basis for individual understanding, establishing goals, and providing a focus for decision-making. Future sessions are tailored to the individual, prioritising flexibility, self-compassion, and mindfulness as essential tools for both personal and professional success.
My company, Willow Coaching Limited, is a venture grounded in the principles of honesty, respect, and compassion. I am dedicated to building authentic connections while deriving joy from continuous self-development. Currently pursuing a diploma in neurodiversity with a focus on supporting women with, or suspecting they may have, ADHD. - Accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) as a senior coach practitioner
- Master's degree in 'coaching and mentoring'
- Diploma in neurodiversity (currently undertaking)
- BA (hons) in 'international business and marketing'
- Foundation year training in transactional analysis
- Counselling skills certificate
- Adult safeguarding level 2
- MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) course
- Mental health first aider

Additional information
I charge £115 per session but can reduce that to £95 when buying a package of 6.
I understand that costs can be prohibitive for some, so I offer a limited number of concession slots. My goal is to help and support people so please get in contact if you'd like to discuss this option further.
When we work
I have a variable schedule depending on current clients and commitments but I will do my best to find a time to suit. It may mean waiting a little, but I do offer some evening slots too.
