About me
Hi, I am Uli, a Life & Business Coach. I hold an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change, I am a certified NLP Practitioner (neurolinguistic programming) and an accredited ACC coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
I am focused on helping my clients to manage their stress & anxiety levels. Through my own experiences, I am determined to support others to find their way out of stress back to an enjoyable life.
If you feel numb, overwhelmed, anxious or if you don’t feel anything anymore you most likely suffer from stress. If the voice in your head never shuts up and you are going round in circles with negative thoughts you most likely suffer from stress. You are not alone and you don’t need to suffer in silence. According to research 74% of adults in UK are suffering from stress. Our modern world with all its madness and relentless pace is a stressful place.
There are tools and techniques which can help you to find your way back to a more enjoyable and happy life. Dealing with what life throws at you and be better prepared for it.
We are not always able to control what life throws at us but we are in control of how we respond to it.

My passion for coaching is born out of more than thirty years of professional experience as a senior leader within an international corporation working in different business sectors and across different countries. I gained a wealth of experience in various roles in Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance up to Board level.
Born in Germany, I lived and worked in Singapore before I settled in the United Kingdom.
I coach and mentor in English and German.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a certified NLP practitioner (INLPTA), hold a Diploma in Business Administration (VWA Stuttgart), a MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

I offer a free chemistry session to give us the opportunity to discuss your goals, desired outcomes and challenges and to decide if coaching is the right move for you and to find out if we would be a good match.
The coaching fees are subject to the coaching program chosen as I do offer discounted rates for blocks of coaching sessions.
My fee for a single session starts at £100. A session will normally be scheduled for 75 min.
