Testimonials

"Tamara has been fantastic to work with, helping me to achieve a clear vision and confidence during a period of change in my life - enabling me to make the correct choices that will lead to me fulfilling my personal potential and life goals."

Luke, London

"Whilst starting my new business, I found I was getting overwhelmed with the sheer number of tasks requiring my attention. All of them felt urgent, but the coaching sessions helped me to prioritise and focus on first things first! During each coaching session I created with Tamara’s guidance, step by step action plans for each task; this was invaluable as it helped removed the ‘stuck’ feelings I had been experiencing, allowing me to move my fledgling business forward. I loved Tamara’s positive and upbeat energy and she was a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommended!"

Sue, Reflexologist, Braintree

"Tamara's knowledge and her positive attitude gave me the tools to move my film project forward at a time when I was feeling overwhelmed and without direction. I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this style of talking therapy, and feel fortunate to have found the services of this particular therapist.

Highly recommended!"

Adam, Director and Producer, Ipswich

"After the first session Tamara's positive yet realistic approach made a great difference to my perspective. Tamara has an intelligent and effective method and her energy and enthusiasm is inspiring."
