We often choose coaching when we are missing agency and feel somehow powerless in our lives. Without personal self-esteem, confidence, power and agency we don’t participate in the creation of our life and our world. 

I collaborate with people who are committed to finding their self-esteem, personal power and developing agency in their life.

In the process of exploring, finding, re-claiming and nurturing our precious power, we imagine new paths and manifest changes in ourselves. These changes impact our lives and that of others around us. And together we create a positive change in the world, one person a time. In a nutshell, this is what coaching is to me.

Through skilful thinking, I support you in becoming comfortable with uncertainty, chaos, your shadows and your light and assist you in developing self-love, trust and a sense of wonder.

My past struggles and interest with power dynamics and the many faces of sexuality and gender led me, 12 years ago to become a Professional as well as a life style Dominatrix.

In my thirties, just after I had my daughter, I started a Jungian analysis which lasted seven years. These two events and my formal training in Astrology changed my Iife profoundly. It dawn on me that I had been entrapped in a loop of abusive relationships. Moreover, I was part and partly responsible for this state of affairs. From that acknowledgement came a release of past narratives, and a flow of energy was gradually freed: I created and developed my professional art and applied art practices. My interest in power dynamics and how to develop a healthy relationship to personal power grew.

I decided to further my investigations and channel this energy into BDSM and sought a mentor. I apprenticed to a very well regarded Pro Dominatrix for a year before spreading my wings. This "departure" from my previous careers proved to be an immensely meaningful change for me. It free more energy and allowed me to become a real citizen of Life. It impacted positively all my relationships.

I have learned and continue to learn a lot about how the formerly un-lived and unloved parts of ourselves can flourish in a safe, sane and consensual manner, when we play with skill. But also how they can completely transform our lives if we do the Work of conscious enquiry and integration that goes hand in hand with the experience of heightened sensations and exploration of shadow. I regard Eros Which means "Transformative Love" in Ancient Greek as a very potent crucible.

How we collaborate:

In order to assist you in manifesting the changes you wish to make in your life, I use various techniques depending on what your needs are at the moment. I bring the tools of coaching and assist your work. 

I assume that you are the expert on your life, thus my focus is on helping you mine the gold within yourself, and align mind, emotions and body in order to inhabit and use your own Power and Creativity. I am here to serve you during the time we travel together.

Through non-judgemental, compassionate enquiry we explore in coaching the limiting beliefs, the narratives that might have hold you back. We shed light on untapped talents, and bring them to the surface. I support and collaborate with you in changing paradigms, and manifesting a more aligned, purposeful, peaceful and joyful you.

Astrology

I studied Astrology at Faculty of Astrological Studies in London 30 years ago and have been practicing this insightful art ever since. I use Astrology in order to focus some part of our work together. Astrology is a powerful language and tool that open new doors to thinking.

If you do not wish to use it, it is perfectly fine and I'll respect your choice.
