About me

As a personal development coach, I understand why only 20% of people ever reach their full potential. I use my PhD in transformational change, combined with advanced coach training, to help my clients achieve breakthroughs in their personal development so they can live their most optimal, authentic life. They go from just surviving to thriving. Unlike a lot of coaching approaches, I get to the root cause of what leads to us feeling stuck, stressed or lacking in confidence. This means you reap the benefits long after the coaching has ended and you will gain greater mastery over your own mind to activate it’s vastly unused powers to reach your true potential.

What is different about my coaching?

Insight + Muscle + Energy = lasting change

I help my clients turn every difficulty or challenge they are facing into a gift and opportunity. They learn powerful ways of reframing their situation so that it fuels their growth, development and new possibilities for their life. However, my coaching approach does not stop at just having this ‘aha moment’. I use practical tools and development practices to help my clients to grow stronger mental muscles (laying down new neural pathways to form lasting positive habits of your mind). Thirdly, we look at the energy you have available to live the life you desire. I use scientifically-verified energy boosting techniques to ensure you can take sustained, focused action in a way that doesn’t leave you stressed or overwhelmed.

  • Performance: You perform better while working less hard—similar to athletes “in the zone.”
  • Happiness: you feel less stressed, experience more peace, and consistent happiness, even in tough times.
  • Relationships: You improve relationships, and are able to handle conflicts in ways that deepen trust and harmony

“Sarah’s extensive knowledge coupled with her infectious positivity helped me regain a level of energy and focus that I had lost, it was like she rolled back 10+ years. I really feel like I now can focus for longer or as Sarah would say “be in the zone more of the time”.

"Most of the trainings I’ve done fizzle out very quickly. I started this program a year ago and its impact on me keeps growing. It has been life changing on so many levels” - programme participant

"I’m so much more effective and have so much less stress in every area of my life — from blowing past revenue targets at work, to far more fulfilling relationships at home." - programme participant

What is included?

To provide maximum flexibility and a personalised service designed around what each client needs, I co-create each coaching package on an individual basis because one size doesn’t fit all. So whether you just want a couple of coaching sessions or a full programme there is something for you. Here are examples of elements that can be included:

-  individual assessments to give you a baseline of your current mental muscles, energy levels and insight into your personal sabateurs that are holding you back

- A 90 minute 1:1 goal setting conversation

- weekly or fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions

- weekly 1 hour Positive Intelligence video lessons

- Exclusive Positive Intelligence companion smartphone app with daily guided practices, coach challenges and mental fitness gym

- personalised instruction in powerful energy and resilience boosting techniques

- biofeedback device to measure physiological coherence (indicator of emotional health and energy)

The cumulative impact by program's end is incredible and you will end the 6 weeks ready to unleash new possibilities for your life and work. I am so confident in the results that I offer a 100% refund policy if you are not satisfied after 30 days.

Training, qualifications & experience

A coach you can trust

I am a certified coach/mentor and a member of the Association for Coaching. What makes me different from many other coaches is that I also have a PhD in health and wellbeing so you can be assured that my coaching is underpinned by the most cutting-edge thinking and research. I have spent hundreds of hours researching how to not just survive but thrive in the face of uncertainty, rapid change and challenges and I will share with you the very best of what I have learned in our sessions together.

I constantly update my coaching practice with CPD (continuing professional development) with a particular focus on coaching for wellbeing, systemic coaching and transformational coaching. I have trained internationally with the Institute of HeartMath to specialise in powerful personal resilience practices. HeartMath® is a scientifically-validated system of stress intervention techniques that measurably and dramatically boost resilience, energy levels and sleep and reduce anxiety, fatigue and overwhelm.

As well as a coach, I am an experienced facilitator and trainer and have been running engaging, motivating and powerful group workshops and leadership development programmes for 10 years.
