About me
Are you looking for a coach who understands your experiences with ADHD, Dyslexia and Executive Dysfunction? Perhaps it is important to you that your coach is someone who has first hand experience of living with a neurodiversity.
My coaching comes from a place of deep understanding. Many of the trials my clients are facing, are trials that I myself have had to overcome.
My extensive career in education, ADHD and life coach training and personal experience, have all allowed me to develop an insightful, non-judgemental and individualised coaching practice - where YOU are at the centre.
I can:
- Offer a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your goals and create actionable steps towards reaching them
- Work in partnership with you to develop executive functioning skills, self-esteem and independence
- Provide clarity, understanding and accountability
- Provide an individualised and meaningful coaching experience
My services include:
- 1-2-1 ADHD coaching for adults, young people and teenagers

- Currently studying for Professional ADHD Coaching Diploma with the ADHD Foundation, the only course of its type in Europe
