About me

I’m a coach with lived experience of AuDHD (Autism and ADHD) and Dyslexia. These aren’t just clinical terms to me, they’re part of how I experience the world, and they shape how I relate to others.

I don’t take a “fix-it” approach to coaching. I know how exhausting it can be to try and fit into systems that weren’t designed with you in mind. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of things, not to push you into a mould.

Before I became a coach, I worked in education for many years. That background, along with specialist ADHD and life coach training, means I bring a mix of practical tools, emotional awareness, and real respect for difference.

A lot of my work focuses on helping people build capacity, because it’s hard to make changes when your basic needs are running on empty. My coaching often starts with four core foundations: hydration, nutrition, movement, and sleep. They sound simple, but they’re often the first things to fall apart when life feels unmanageable. Rebuilding these in a way that works for you creates space for everything else.

Coaching with me isn’t a programme or a checklist. Some sessions are about emotional regulation, some about executive functioning, identity, or navigating difficult relationships. Sometimes it’s just about having a space to be heard and not feel wrong for who you are.

Who I work with:

  • Adults, teenagers, and young people with ADHD and/or Autism.
  • Parents and families navigating neurodivergence together.
  • Schools and groups wanting to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity.

What to expect:

  • A steady, non-judgmental space.
  • Support that adapts to your needs, no one-size-fits-all plans.
  • A focus on the basics (hydration, nutrition, exercise, sleep) as the ground for change
  • Regular supervision and CPD (I’m a member of AC and UCA, and hold a Level 3 Coaching qualification)

If you’re wondering whether coaching might help, you’re welcome to reach out and talk it through. No pressure.
