As an accredited and certified coach recognised by the IAPCM, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to providing my clients with an exceptional and positive coaching experience. My coaching is thoughtfully crafted to build confidence in women and I assure you that all sessions are held in strict confidentiality, even for minors, except in cases where personal safety is a concern.
I employ an intuitive yet strategic approach, drawing from my experience and an extensive toolkit of techniques to empower you in understanding and boosting your confidence. My commitment is to provide unwavering support and guidance throughout our journey together, ensuring that each session is uniquely tailored to address your specific needs.
My 1-hour sessions are conducted weekly in person or via Zoom, and I'm here to accommodate your schedule, whether it's during the day or evenings.
