About me
Hi I'm Nat, I am a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Anger Management Specialist for Men. I am also the founder of Life Coaching Practice MEN DO MATTER
I create 1-1 online and in person coaching programmes for men who are struggling to achieve their goals.
I provide a confidential, safe environment for men to talk without judgement. Together we breakthrough their blockages and crush their self-doubt so they are able to march on towards a life filled with happiness, purpose and passion!

Why I coach men: (I get asked this a lot!)
It's not acceptable to me that in this day and age, men are still too afraid to talk about their feelings.
It's not acceptable to me that there are so many less outlets for men to show their emotions.
It's not acceptable to me that so many men have a lack of self-worth, self confidence and self-respect.
It's not acceptable to me that some men have lost all hope at finding happiness meaning they no longer apply for jobs, go on dates, try new hobbies etc.
And it's absolutely not acceptable to me that some people, dare I say it, society, seem to have forgotten that MEN DO MATTER.

I studied at the Centre of Excellence and became a certified practitioner in both Neuro Linguistic Programming and Anger Management, passing both courses at Distinction Level - 2024
I studied at the Mind, Body Food Institute and received a full diploma as a Holistic Life Coach and Mind & Body Practitioner - 2021
I studied English Literature and Creative Writing at the Open University - 2022
I completed an Institute of Customer Service First Impressions course with Distinction - 2019
I completed a St John's Ambulance Mental Health First Aider course - 2019
I received a Peta Certificate of Training and Development - Train the Trainer - 2014
