About me

Leadership Coach | Impostor Phenomenon Specialist | Positive Psychology Practitioner | Senior Practitioner EMCC

Do you feel like you’re faking it and going to be caught out?

Despite your accomplishments, do you secretly worry about being exposed as a fraud?

I specialise in helping executives quieten their inner critic and deal with pervasive self-doubt.

What you may be experiencing:

  • Self-doubt despite positive feedback and objective success.
  • Not feeling worthy of your accomplishments and role.
  • Minimising your expertise and downplaying your role.
  • Doubting that you are as good as others or simply, “just not good enough”.
  • Persistent fear of failure or of not living up to expectations.
  • Reluctance to seek promotions or stretch opportunities.
  • Challenges with overthinking and negative self-talk.
  • A low-level feeling that is impacting your work and home life.

Through my coaching programmes, we work together to help you:

  • Manage the thoughts that accompany impostor feelings
  • Deal with the inner critic
  • Build up resilience skills and strengths
  • Develop confidence in your abilities
  • Be more comfortable in who you are
  • Have the confidence to pursue stretch opportunities and step into new roles

For companies investing leaders:

Impostor feelings can hold back even your highest-potential leaders. It’s often a reason for highly talented people to avoid career progression. You may even see behaviours such as micro-management, perfectionism, and over-work potentially leading to burnout.

What you can expect:

I provide specialised coaching to help leaders and executives identify where they are holding themselves back, set goals for development, and support them to move towards leading with confidence.

I take an individualised approach, adapting tools and techniques to each client's unique needs and goals. My methods are grounded in:

- Coaching psychology principles and evidence-based frameworks

- Original research into the thoughts/behaviours of high achievers

- Experience helping leaders overcome impostor thoughts

Together, we'll co-create a customised path to build your authentic confidence and leadership presence.
