About me
Hi, I’m Lydia (she/they), a queer life coach supporting LGBTQ+ people who are navigating burnout, big life transitions, or simply questioning how to keep going at the pace they’ve been living.
After experiencing burnout myself and leaving a career in education, I realised I wasn’t broken—the systems around me were. I now help others in the queer community unlearn the pressure to push through, perform, or pretend they’re fine, and instead reconnect with themselves, their values, and what they actually want from life.
You might be here because:
- You feel exhausted or emotionally flat, no matter how much rest you get
- You’re craving more spaciousness, clarity, and meaning in your days
- You feel stuck, lost, or unsure about what comes next
- You’ve been carrying self-doubt, guilt, or pressure to meet other people’s expectations
- You’ve started to wonder: what if I could do things differently?
If any of that sounds familiar—you’re not alone. Coaching can help you take a breath, take stock, and take some brave (but supported) steps forward.
My approach is calm, affirming, and gently challenging. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, reconnect you with what matters, and create a plan that works for you—not just the version of you that’s been trying to keep everyone else happy.
I currently work with queer people across the UK through one-to-one coaching, group programmes, and in-person events in Norwich. My clients often describe me as warm, grounded, intuitive, and encouraging—and that’s exactly how I want you to feel in our sessions.
If you’re ready to start feeling less stuck and more like yourself again, I’d love to invite you to a free, no-pressure discovery call to see if we’re a good fit.

"From our first session I felt different, I felt empowered and I felt positive, I have made changes to my life that I didn’t think I could before we met. Quite simply she has helped me change the negative issues and look at them in a different way, in reality they are what they are and what’s done is done but now I have the tools to change my life, and I love it again. I owe these changes to Lydia and her approach to me, we all get wounded at times and need that little bit of help, I found that help through Lydia. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs some life coaching, whether it is in your career, personal life or any other aspect of life" - Colette, Oxford
"Lydia helped me find the motivation to change and more importantly, I feel like everything I am doing, I am doing because I want to not because someone told me to. Thanks to Lydia’s coaching I have lost weight, reconnected with old friends and hitting the gym or the pool 4 times a week. I feel motivated and on a positive path. It was a wonderful experience; I am truly converted to the benefits of having a Life Coach." - Danielle, Oxford
"I have had life coaching from Lydia and found it not only useful but enlightening. I want to make a career change but didn’t know in which direction to go. I found that her technique really helped me to sort out my thoughts. By extremely clever use of questioning she cleared my pathway. I can honestly say that I had several ‘lightbulb moments’ in which I realised things that I could do to help myself. At no time did she advise or direct me. The whole process was one of enabling me to help myself. I found the experience really empowering and energising. I would heartily recommend it." - Liz, Northamptonshire
