About me

Trauma-aware, solution-focussed online coach for aged 10 through to university age.

Conducting sessions on Skype or Zoom with over 21 years of experience working with young people.

The process begins with an initial, complimentary discussion with parents and carers to determine if Liz is the appropriate support for your child. Following this, a paid hourly consultation with your child ensures they are receptive to coaching and that we can work effectively together.  Thereafter, coaching sessions lasting one hour each will be scheduled on Skype or Zoom at mutually suitable times, such as after school or on a Saturday. Typically, the coaching programme spans 6-12 weekly sessions, with regular reviews in place.

Face-to-face coaching is available in the North London community after school hours.

Providing trauma-aware, solution-focussed coaching for parents of teenagers (if Liz is not currently working with your child).

Enhanced DBS check in place, indemnity insurance held, and annual Child Protection training completed.

Liz is also a certified youth mental health first aider and an Instructor Member, delivering various youth mental health training programmes online.
