About me
Feeling stuck, lost, not very confident, and want direction?
Maybe you’ve already had psychotherapy or counselling, which helped you to come to terms with your past and you appreciate that you now know the root of what makes you you. Now you want some support to tackle present-day challenges that you can see are affecting your emotions, your body, and your relationships with others.
Perhaps you’ve noticed that you don’t eat as healthily as you used to, you don't feel like socialising, or you just don’t feel happy. You want to address your mental health.
Maybe you took a promotion because it pays more, however it’s really stressful and you're losing motivation, but you don’t know how to leave your job or mentally prepare for the process of trying to find a new one. The impact of this goes beyond the workplace, and is really affecting your personal life.
I work with diverse, open-minded, committed people using a holistic approach. Holistic coaching is an approach that addresses the individual as a whole. While one issue may have led you to coaching, overall you want to feel better. Something feels out of alignment and because of this, you may be feeling low, exercise less, or feel disengaged from your friends, family, and/or community.
The interconnectedness between your mental, physical, and social health is the core of my coaching approach to help you reach a better state of wellbeing.
All coaching plans are individually tailored to your specific goal and delivered on a one-to-one basis.
People leave coaching feeling more organised, and ready to tackle challenges. They have a clearer sense of how they are going to face the difficulties that led them to coaching and generally feel happy and well.
