Training, qualifications & experience

As an Author, Executive Coach, Mentor, and Consultant, my primary goal is to empower and guide you on your leadership development journey.

My own path has been shaped by two decades of corporate leadership experience, which I now leverage to support other leaders in their growth. Throughout my career, I've held various senior roles in global organisations, such as CEO, CFO, Group Treasurer, Regional Treasurer, and Director, spanning five countries. This diverse background has given me a profound understanding of the challenges and complexities that leaders face in today's dynamic business landscape. I've had the privilege of leading and developing individuals from diverse cultures and environments, providing me with unique insights into multicultural dynamics.

In my book, "Vertical Development," I share my personal transformational journey—a reflection of my commitment to continuous growth and risk-taking as a leader. It serves as a source of inspiration for others, igniting their own leadership journey and vertical development.

Today, I'm dedicated to my own company, specialising in leadership capacity building and talent development through executive coaching, mentoring, and consulting.

Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.

I primarily work with package solutions because helping leaders grow and develop takes time. While a single session can provide some benefit, coaching is about increasing your reflective capacity and self-awareness, which requires time and dedication. Changing ingrained behaviours and thought patterns takes consistent effort.

From my experience, uncovering your true development needs and working on new approaches and skills typically take 3 to 12 months, depending on your level of engagement and commitment. Our coaching sessions generally last between 60 to 120 minutes, with intervals of 3 to 5 weeks between each session, depending on your progress and the topic we're working on.

For a 3-month package, we can focus on improving one specific skill or leadership capacity, such as stakeholder management, presentation skills, or coaching your team members. On longer packages ranging from 6 to 12 months, we can address multiple leadership capacities and skills, including imposter syndrome, creating engagement, fostering inclusion, leading change and transformation, and strategizing for vision and growth.

Before committing to coaching, I like to conduct an exploration session to ensure that I can genuinely assist you with your goals and set realistic expectations. It's essential to be ready and fully committed to the coaching process, as the real work lies with you, the coachee. Through thought-provoking exercises, we will explore your ways of thinking, worldviews, unconscious beliefs, and values.

During the initial session, we will get to know each other better, discuss your identified development needs, and explore the best approach to address them.
