About me
Hello, I'm Katharine, a qualified therapeutic life coach.
Why coaching?
You may be feeling a little stuck or overwhelmed. You may feel that your life isn’t turning out how you’d imagined. You may wish to make some concrete changes but feel you need some support in creating these changes and making them sustainable. I can provide a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space for all this.
How I can help
Life coaching can feel purposeful, positive and life-affirming. It can also be challenging. My training integrated coaching with counselling so I can support my clients at depth and explore your past with you (if you wish).
I can work with you to identify your aspirations and align these with your values, alongside helping to foster understanding of where barriers to growth may come from and how to address these. My goal is to help you understand what you want from life and then create sustainable changes for a positive future.
