About me
Feeling stuck in life? Flat in your career? Wondering, ‘Where the heck am I going?’
I help brilliant midlife individuals unlock their potential through Walk and Talk coaching in nature. Life and career coaching outdoors for a fresh perspective.
Imagine this: Walking in lush greenery, free from the distractions of work or home. As you walk and think, your thoughts begin to shift, you gain a new perspective, you feel better.
Now imagine walking and talking this through with someone trained to listen and challenge your thinking, to bring out the best in you.
This is the power of Walk and Talk coaching with me.
What I offer:
- Time and space to think: Walking side by side with a non-judgmental and objective guide. Steps turn into exciting plans
- Outdoor coaching: Sessions in nature (or online/by phone if we’re in separate locations or in poor weather), where we have our best thinking
How I can help you:
- Recognise your strengths: Discover your unique skills and personality to bring out your best.
- Identify your purpose: Understand what you’re here to do and how to make it happen.
- Gain confidence: Clarify your values to feel centered in your decision-making.
- Career clarity: Decide whether to stay or go in your job, identifying opportunities that align with your best self.
- Explore possibilities: Find out what else you can achieve in your career or life.
Session Options:
- 1-2-1 Walk and Talk: In person in South London, or online/by phone
- Group Coaching: I co-run Pause Outdoors, group life coaching events for midlife women, mostly in Beckenham Place Park
- Workplace Coaching: Unlock your employees’ potential outdoors, away from distractions. Nature slows us down, enabling better thinking, creativity, and intuition.
Background:
With my previous 20+ year career in HR, I understand organisational and leadership challenges. I have extensive recruitment and people development experience. I'm a mum to teens, dog-owner and outdoor swimming enthusiast.
