We have one wild and precious life, or so we believe. We get to shape our different and emerging selves, and sometimes it is hard to admit that we don’t always have the next step mapped out. This can be in the short term - a challenge at work? Or perhaps for you, it is a bigger question about your contribution and your future direction.
Like most of us, you have some aspirations and yet doubts. You’d like support, prompts, challenge, safety, and a non-judgmental listening ear.
I help people work on their ambitions, big and small. We are all leaders of self, and some of us of teams or organisations. I am confident coaching in the workplace or in workplace matters as well as privately.
Most people describe me as calm, insightful, inspiring, and supportive. A safe space. Do expect some challenge if I suspect you’re not seeing yourself as others experience you (which can be brilliant or undersold).
I’ve been coaching since 2020, mostly as an internal coach and coaching and mentoring supervisor alongside my day job. It was only after advanced training in psychosynthesis leadership coaching that I realised how much I wanted to dedicate myself to this and now have. No more day job - I took the leap! Alongside a deliberately small number of private clients, I am studying for a Psychosynthesis Psychology MA, as well as completing a course in burnout coaching.
Having had my own ‘dark night’ of burnout in 2017, I care very much that change is sustainable and weave this into my coaching and supervision. Your overall health is as important to me as your ambition.

Additional information
I have different charge rates depending on whether you are a private client, corporate or a coach looking for supervision.
For longer commitments you benefit from lower rates.
I take on a very limited number of pro bono or reduced rate assignments - don’t be afraid to ask to be put on a waiting list for those.
Travel expenses will be added if in person.
