Supervision details
I aim to make the supervision space welcoming, participatory, 'real' and time well spent focusing on what you need in session and beyond. This applies to 1:1 supervision and also to groups. I have experience in both, and am committed to my own professional development as a coach and supervisor. I work to the EMCC Code of Ethics, and am actively involved in EMCC events. I also have my own supervisor of coaching and supervision to 'keep my saw sharp'.
Our sessions could involve going to depth about a client situation, really considering who they are in their being, what it is that they are dealing with, and how this impacts your relationship with them. What, how and where do you notice this? Or we could be looking at your development, wobbles, ambition and how best to support your progress. I recommend working together for up to a year, and then reviewing how you have grown as a coach or mentor in that time.
