I specialise in using my Holistic Coaching Method to focus on Procrastination and Self-Sabotage. By bringing in EFT Tapping, we can calm and gently rewire the brains neural pathways to bring about change and clarity helping you to reach your full potential.
If you are a procrastinator, you will know how much that costs you - missed opportunities, stress, missed pay rises or promotions?
I support you to work out why you procrastinate - it is likely linked to something that has happened in the past. We then change the perspective on that, so that you can move forward.
Why work with me?
I’ve spent over 26 years in the ‘people’ business. I started out in HR and after a successful career in the Corporate world, I decided to set up my own successful HR Consultancy providing HR Support to small businesses.
I realised the part of HR I enjoyed the most was coaching employees. I completed my training 10 years ago with achievement Specialists Ltd and went on to do further training with Barefoot Coaching Ltd.
Having moved around the country a lot due to work, I became an expert on moving and making new friends. As a result my resilience and optimism are strong.
I combine my experience in HR with Coaching, Mentoring, Energy Work (including Emotional Freedom Technique - Tapping) and Nutrition to provide a unique holistic approach to Coaching, using what you need at the time.
