About me

Jules Peck is an outstanding international coach, training consultant and keynote speaker with over twenty five years experience, specialising in work-based relationships through exec coaching and leadership development.

Jules provides tailored seminars and a diverse range of coaching, facilitation and mediation services. She has worked with many senior people including executive committees, CEOs, FDs, senior management, board members, ambassadors and mayors. Her clients are drawn from a diverse range of organisations including the financial services industry, formula one racing teams, pharmaceutical giants and the BBC. Jules’ background includes training diplomats in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department of Trade and Industry and a series of corporate roles in the public sector, prior to becoming a consultant.

Jules is a Master NLP Practitioner, qualified coach, MBTI, Hogan, PRISM and DISC Practitioner and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Chartered Management Institute, Association for Coaching and Association for NLP. She is also a qualified mediator and facilitator for seminars and management development days. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, either through training courses or one to one coaching. In addition, Jules is an expert in work based relationships, having successfully undertaken mediations at all levels within organisations.

Jules is also a teacher of Mindfulness in the workplace and runs the only Mindfulness based programme recognised by the Chartered Institute of Management.
