About us

I  work with people who are unhappy at work and having a bit of a tough time!  This might be having an impact on life outside of work.  It might be impacting health, happiness, relationships and finding time and enthusiasm to do the things that you love.

With a background in HR and professional services and trained as an ICF coach, together we can explore what is going on in your home and work life and help you bring about change.

Maybe you're managing a large workload and unrealistic demands on your time and feeling like you don't have any support, we can work together to help you feel less overwhelmed and more in control.

Perhaps you are struggling with a relationship with your boss or team members, we can work together to identify the relationship you want and need and how to establish and maintain this.

Maybe you are struggling to juggle work and family life, we can work together to find strategies to manage this and help you achieve the balance you desire.

It could be that you've lost your work mojo and you're feeling uncertain about where your career is headed.  We can work together to see if you can fall back in love with your job or what new pathways might be there for you.

You might be finding that you've lost your confidence, and creativity, struggling to focus and be productive and it's impacting your performance. We can develop tools, techniques and ways of working to get you out of bed in the morning and enjoy your time at work.

Whatever it is, I can help you explore what is going on, where you want to get to and how to get there. I provide the time and a safe space to do this.  I'll be your biggest cheerleader and help you to look after your mental and physical wellbeing.

I offer coaching online, face-to-face in London in my garden studio, at your place of work or walking in green spaces.

I also coach teams and design and facilitate team coaching sessions for organisations if you have a team and are looking for development.  Alongside business goals such as planning, strategy development, innovation, problem solving etc.  I make sure we have lots of fun and build in wellbeing enhancing activities such as movement, breathwork, lego, visualisation etc.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have over 20 years professional experience in HR consulting and across a number of industries.  I am also studying for a doctorate in organisational behaviour and an ICF trained Life Coach.  I have worked with a number of clients and have positive reviews I can share with you.

To give you a flavour of the type of clients I have supported:

One client was feeling like she had lost her motivation in her current job and thinking of moving roles, through four coaching sessions she explored what was important to her in work, looked at her current role in view of this knowledge and developed a plan for how she could shape her current job to meet her desires and rediscover her motivation.

Another client had just got a new job and wanted to be supported through the first 100 days in a new job; together we explored how she needed to use her gardening leave to best prepare for starting the role and then we used subsequent sessions to plan what her first few weeks would look like, how she wanted to show up and the identity she wanted to create for herself and then we explored important first meetings and what she wanted to say and do to make maximum impact.

I have regular bi-weekly sessions with another client who has a dream of setting up his own business.  We have explored his path to get to this point which has involved a successful career change and work to cultivate a positive mindset whilst he is on this journey to ensure that he performs well in his day job whilst laying the seeds for his future plans.

Often people are not in a position to invest in coaching but know it will help them move forward, it's important to me that my coaching is accessible to these people.  If this is you, please do get in touch and let me know straight away this is your situation and I often have space to work with people through a service exchange, a charity donation or pay what you can for each session.

Further information

You can work with me in several different ways.

My favourite is walking coaching, walking side by side, getting away from your desk, occasionally stopping at a bench to rest or make notes and drawing on the capacity of nature to help us relax and get clarity. I can do this in South-West and Central London (including Canary Wharf).

I also have a beautiful garden studio in Putney, where you can sit, with a view of the pond and a cup of tea whilst having our coaching sessions.

I can also come to visit you in your office if based in South-West and Central London (including Canary Wharf) and of course, a number of my coaching sessions are done online via Zoom and MS Teams or over the phone. Phone sessions can also be done whilst walking independently.
