About me
My experience includes thirty-five years of making a difference in people’s lives, with over 6 years as a coach and mentor, and 3 years as an accredited practitioner. Providing solution-focused coaching sessions that build on the Coachee’s strengths, through thoughtful inquiry supports clients to find the answers they seek.
I work with clients who have busy lives and want to make time to reflect and improve their emotional well-being in a safe space.

I qualified as a coach and mentor in 2018, however, I have been coaching informally for several years as part of my leadership roles
