As an accredited coach, I offer solution-focused coaching sessions. Leveraging the Coachee's strengths and engaging in thoughtful enquiry, I assist clients in discovering the solutions they are searching for.
I work with clients who have busy lives and want to make time to reflect and improve their emotional well-being in a safe space.
