Fuelled by positive psychology, I coach individuals, teams and organisations to reach their full potential, to positively affect their life and work satisfaction and enable them to affect more positive change in the world around them, be it with family, friends, work colleagues or all of them.
I am an accredited coach with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and have supported clients from across the globe to achieve goals ranging from building self-confidence and resilience to creating career development and business strategy plans.
I have over 20 years of building and leading teams across various industry sectors and hold and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology at the University of East London.
