I'm a passionate therapist committed to guiding individuals through their journey of self-discovery and personal growth. As a dedicated Teen and Adult NLP Therapist, I specialise in empowering my clients to overcome challenges, build unwavering confidence, and cultivate the ambition they need to excel in both their personal and professional lives.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is an instruction manual for our minds, providing us with resources to teach how to think, rather than what to think. It allows children and young people to take responsibility for their thoughts and feelings. Using the tools provided, your child will be able to embrace a positive mindset.

With a deep-rooted passion for psychology and personal development, I hold Certification in NLP, Counselling, and Coaching and Mentoring, which equips me with a solid academic foundation in understanding human behaviour and emotions.
My expertise have continued through specialised training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming for Children, Parents and Teachers, allowing me to offer targeted solutions that bring about profound positive changes to teenagers and children in the Hampshire area.
