I help people manage their stress levels and prevent burnout using various techniques, which include NLP, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, breathing techniques and time management. I look at your lifestyle as a whole. I look at what is important to you and set goals for the future.

I also have help my clients through my real life experience, as I burnt myself out working long hours in London and ended up in hospital. After being in hospital, I did lots of personal self development.
