With over two decades of experience in people development and leadership, I am deeply committed to enriching lives regardless of background, culture, or faith. As the Managing Director and founder of the Kairos Experience, my mission is to empower individuals to navigate their personal and professional growth journeys with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
My approach is grounded in openness, empathy, and engagement, utilizing a diverse toolkit of profiling and assessment tools, behavioural models, and reports to provide clients with valuable insights. Whether working with global corporations like Microsoft Corporation and L'Oreal or local organizations through partnerships with institutions such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), NHS, and Chambers of Commerce, my focus remains steadfast on fostering motivational environments where clients feel comfortable, challenged, and empowered to align their actions with their personal values.
While I have extensive experience across various industry sectors including Music, Housing, IT, Pharma, and Financial Services, my heart lies in the development of individuals and teams. I specialize in five key areas: Leadership, Personal Development, Team Development, Sales Excellence, and Presentation and Stagecraft skills, delivering impactful keynotes, workshops, courses, conferences, and events globally.
Although I continue to serve corporate clients, my recent focus has been on supporting local companies in the West Midlands and surrounding areas. Whether coaching individuals or teams, I provide support in-person, over the phone, or virtually online, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in meeting the diverse needs of my clients.

I also have a private office, with parking facilities, located in the heart of Kingswinford, 7 miles from Wolverhampton Town Centre, it is easily accessible by car or bus.
The setting is private, confidential and the environment quiet and very comfortable.
