About us
With over 20 years of experience in people development and leadership, I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life grow and succeed. As the Managing Director and founder of The Kairos Experience, my goal is to help individuals find clarity, confidence, and purpose in their personal and professional lives.
Outside of work, I’m a proud Park Runner. Every Saturday morning, I face the "Mind over Mattress" battle – dragging myself out of bed to run, whether it’s stormy, snowy, windy, or sunny. If I can overcome those challenges to show up, I believe I can help you face your tough days too and guide you toward brighter ones.
I believe in connecting with people through openness, empathy, and understanding. I use tools like behavioural models and assessment tools to help my clients gain insights and build confidence. Whether I’m working with global companies like Microsoft and L’Oréal or local organizations like the NHS, CIPD, or Chambers of Commerce, my focus is always on creating a safe and inspiring space where people feel supported and encouraged to align their actions with their values.
I’ve worked across the Music, Housing, IT, Pharma, and Financial Services industries, but my heart lies in helping people and teams grow. My expertise covers Leadership, Personal Development, Team Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Building Confidence in Communication Skills. Whether it’s a workshop, keynote, or one-on-one coaching, I aim to leave a positive impact.
These days, I’ve been working closer to home, supporting local businesses in the West Midlands. I offer flexible coaching—online, over the phone, or in person—tailored to your needs.

I also have a private office, with parking facilities, located in the heart of Kingswinford, 7 miles from Wolverhampton Town Centre, it is easily accessible by car or bus.
The setting is private, confidential and the environment quiet and very comfortable.
