About me

A coach with 27 years experience of leadership and teams management. I help people succeed as individual cogs in the organisational wheel and beyond. I support individuals and teams to better understand and embrace change, to feel more empowered and in control and to accept and make changes for a work-life balance which is well lived.

Coaching sessions will leave you feeling positive and motivated, with a clarity and energy to make the changes you want with confidence.

Imposed change i.e. redundancy and restructure can trigger many emotions from shock, anger and denial which can all lead to a feeling of helplessness. I work with individuals to explore how you can reach a level of acceptance with your current situation, which frees you up to focus on ‘what's next’ and how you can get there.

I am a facilitator for the AC's Co Coaching Forum for Cambridge and adhere to the AC's Global Code of Ethics.

I proactively engage in regular CPD and Supervision to ensure that I can continue to bring my best self as a coach in support of my clients

As a leader and manager working in various roles I have supported individuals through a number of organisational changes.

Moving from a directive management style to a coaching approach empowers individuals and brings them on board to embrace and embed change with positivity and a confidence that makes them feel highly valued which is win-win for the individual and for the employer.
