Training, qualifications & experience
My coaching draws from an integrated range of psychologically-grounded coaching frameworks, philosophies and techniques such as Person-Centred Theory, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Narrative Coaching, Visioning and Clean Language. I trained and qualified with Animas Centre for Coaching (Diploma in Transformational Coaching). My qualifications in coaching are recognised by the coaching governing body ICF and the Association for Coaching.
I have run a small family business and spent over 16 years working for utilities and technical consultancies in the UK and internationally.

When I work
Most of my clients work with me via video call, so they can work with me no matter where they are. In-person sessions can be arranged across London, Cambridge and North Essex.
