About me

I help frustrated professionals realise their potential, overcome challenges and move their career to a place they want it to be.

Before becoming a Professional Coach, Mentor and NLP Practitioner, I spent 20 years in a variety of senior HR roles in Financial Services, and to my great frustration saw too many people fail to realise their career ambitions and show their brilliance.

Often held back by negative inner voices, talented people at all levels of the business would quietly be living in fear of being found out, believing their success was just a lucky break that would come to an end at any minute. For others it was a lack of direction and understanding what they really wanted from their career, consequently finding themselves in the wrong role, in the wrong company. Whatever the cause, the result was always the same, talented people, frustratedly dragging themselves into work, counting down until the weekend, and ultimately a raft of lost potential.

Through coaching and mentoring, I help people move their career from stuck to unstuck. From procrastination to action. To find fulfilment in your career and be the best version of yourself at work. Findng that inner confidence and making purposeful choices about the way forward, making yesterday’s impossibilities, today’s achievements.

Common areas of focus for my clients are:

• Making purposeful career choices and changes to achieve the career and life you want
• Managing imposter syndrome and building self-belief
• Helping you feel more confident on a daily basis
• Managing your personal and professional brand
• Building leadership skills
• Managing challenging situations/people
• Communicating & influencing effectively at all levels
• Returning to work after a break
• Team building

If you’d like to talk about how coaching with me can help you realise your potential, please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.
