About me
Cat Muir is an author, speaker and alternative therapist.
Having trained in hypnosis and NLP originally to help clients with weight loss, money and anxiety, Cat has spent over 25 years working out how people are wired up, why they do the things they do and how best to treat them.
People are a bit like a jigsaw puzzle and although everyone is different, paradoxically, we are actually all the same. Once you understand just how that puzzle fits together, it’s really easy to help and improve your life, get rid of past baggage that's holding you back, get along with people, improve your relationships, and most importantly, forgive and move forward.
On her journey she discovered a new method for energy healing and how the Law of Attraction really works.
Cat spends her time between writing, helping clients, teaching workshops, speaking in schools and working in film and television.
