About us
My expertise lies in life coaching, career coaching and executive/business coaching. My clients tell me I am friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and solutions-focused.
Focus on cultivating your confidence and helping you to develop your personal and/or business goals, together we can lay the groundwork for implementing a series of small steps and create momentum to achieve growth for personal success or find that career you want.
Throughout coaching, I have developed an expansive toolkit I can draw from, including 30 years HR experience, NLP and questionnaires/other tools designed to help you focus on what you want to achieve. I draw on my HR background, my experiences of running my own business, as well as my coaching and mentoring experience and qualifications (including a Masters in Executive Coaching and Mentoring) to offer a coachee-led service.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have had a successful career in HR and Learning & Development including coaching leaders, managers and individuals in organisational settings. After completing my NLP Master Practitioner qualification in 2011 I ran a Career and Life Coaching business before I set up and grew a successful hospitality business for 7 years. I am now focus on Career, life and business coaching as this is where my true passion lies.
I have a BSC in Psychology, and am a trained psychometrician. I have also completed an Institute of Leadership & Management Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
I proudly hold the title of Fellow Member at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and am an active member of the Association of Business Mentors. I serve as a volunteer Mentor on the government's Help to Grow Scheme, contributing to the development and growth of aspiring individuals and businesses. I am also a Trustee of a Women's Refuge.
I work with a number of associates so can signpost you to other people if I am not the right person for you.

Additional information
I charge individuals £100 per session (up to 90 minutes), or 6 sessions for £500.
