About me
As a professional member of the ICF, qualified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I offer high-quality and customised coaching, delivered with a kind, empathetic and professional approach to achieve transformational and sustainable results.
Partnering with my clients, I support, challenge and encourage you so you get the most out of our sessions to enable you to make real, impactful and sustainable change.
As a professional woman, co-founder of my coaching business PROSPERA Coaching, and a mum, I know exactly what it can feel like to try balance it all and to want to change something big or small in your life, either personally or professionally.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Further information
I live in Coventry with my wonderful family. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and daughter, playing netball and long dog walks to clear my head, fuel my soul and energise my body. When fully relaxing, you will find me curled up on a chair in front of the fire, with a good cup of tea, losing myself in the pages of books.
