About me

I’m an accredited Master Executive and leadership team coach, and coach supervisor working with individuals & teams to help enable high performance and personal development.

I believe everyone has the ability to be a great leader and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.  They need to develop self awareness, learn to manage themselves to be the best version they can be, and develop a reflective practice in order to embed their new ways as "being" leaders, build on their successes, and engage themselves and others in lifeline learning. 

As an Executive Coach: I work with individuals from emerging leaders to Board Directors to enable them to develop their authentic leadership style, overcome challenges and adapt how they show up to be more effective and in their roles.  I work with clients as a facilitator, raising self-awareness through conversation, challenge and encouraging self-reflection. I also work with individuals on career coaching.

As a Team Coach: I work with teams across all levels, enabling them to develop a high performance culture.  I use Strengthscope™, DiSC® and Lencioni’s 5 Behaviours™ to create insight and allow teams to develop and deliver more effectively for themselves and their stakeholders. I also support with business coaching and defining strategic direction.

As a Coach Supervisor: I work with individual coaches and groups of coaches to co create an environment where they feel safe to explore their work and stretch their thinking and skills, enabling them to develop their reflective practice and learning

My Approach

I have a flexible coaching style and work with clients as a facilitator, raising self-awareness and enabling personal development using conversation, supportive challenge and encouraging self reflection.  I enable clients to work through any limiting beliefs and obstacles by drawing on a variety of coaching techniques, which I tailor to the client and situation. 

I blend a systemic approach to my work with clean language, constellations and metaphor work, enabling clients to increase their emotional intelligence, influence and effectiveness. That may mean we simply talk, get creative with images or space, or use the outdoors as a landscape for reflection.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Coaching Packages

All coaching assingments start with a free 30 minute discovery call.

My coaching is based on 90-120 minute in depth sessions, every  4-6 weeks, with packages lasting 3,6 or 12 months.

You can select from a variety of coaching packages, depending on your requirements.  These sessions can be face to face, by phone or virtual/Zoom.

1 x 2 hour focussed session (ideal for a 1 off issue or as quarterly reflection)

2 x 2 hour sessions (over 3 months)

4 x 2 hour sessions (over 6 months)

6-8 x 2 hour sessions (over 12 months)

Team coaching packages and leadership development programmes are bespoked to the client, so please email for a further discussion.

Supervision & HR Supervision

If you are a coach or HR practitioner who is looking to add supervision to your reflective practice, you can also contact me for details of 121 sessions or my coaching and HR supervision groups which run every 1-2 months. Please contact me to discuss supervision rates as these vary
