Supervision details

As a Coach Supervisor:

I work with individual coaches, team coaches and HR professionals to co create an environment where they feel safe to explore their work and stretch their thinking and skills, enabling them to develop their reflective practice and learning.  I hold an ILM level 7 qualification in Coaching Supervision and have been supervising individuals and groups since 2017. 

I  offer 1 to 1 supervision via phone, online or face to face and also co-facilitate a virtual coaching supervision group with Barbara Capstick.  Group size is max 6 and sessions run very 2 months for 3 hours.

My Experience

My supervision style draws on my experience as an executive and team coach working across a range of industries and organisational sizes. I have been trained in a variety of coaching models and modalities, which gives me an eclectic style, underpinned by a person centered approach, using clean language, systemic awareness, strengths, constellations and a deep understanding of leadership behaviour and team dynamics. With coaches and leaders’ I work across mindset, skillset and knowledge set, as appropriate to develop the individual. 

My Supervision Approach

I take a relational approach to supervision and have a flexible style, only using models and frameworks when and if appropriate. I work with you as a facilitator, raising self-awareness using conversation, supportive challenge and encouraging self-reflection.

My approach is collaborative; together, we delve into your experiences, enabling you to gain deeper insights into your coaching practice. We agree direction and focus as we go, and I am committed to co-creating a psychologically safe reflective space which works for everyone.

I work systemically and underpin my approach with The Seven Eyed Supervision Model,  by Hawkins and Shoet  and the Full Spectrum Model which enables us to review the interconnecting layers of the coaching and supervisory relationship. 

I work developmentally enabling coaches across a range of levels of experience to feel able to explore and stretch their practice.  I encourage your self development and use of self,  to raise your awareness of your own internal supervisor, to enhance your and your clients’ experience.
