These are some of my experiences during 30 years working in business and technology. I have seen what success looks like and learnt from the difficult times.

Having upskilled with 2 ICF accredited Personal Performance and Corporate / Executive Coaching Diplomas, I now coach and mentor people to develop their own career path with achievable milestones, become confident in themselves, and raise their personal performance to a high standard.  Sometimes this starts with building confidence, especially after having been made redundant. We will identify and review your values as understanding these are key to your performance.

No matter who I am coaching, together, we always remembering about the importance of a healthy work-life balance.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is forward focusing towards a positive outcome.

It is a time for you to focus on what you want, when someone is listening to you, understanding what you say. It is a safe space to talk about what is going on; look at options to progress; create smart, achievable actions to move forward.

Coaching is held in a safe, confidential, and trusting environment; without judgment or criticism. It is an enriching and growing experience for both the coach and the client.

Why I can help you.

I have built my Coaching Career on top of 30 years’ working in business and Technology enabling me to relate to my clients’ situations.

I have experience of working in high demanding and pressured environments. I have successfully lead teams; turned individual’s and teams’ performance around; worked with a range of management styles; and lead people through corporate and departmental change.

I have seen and experienced what both success and failure look like for teams and individual.

I find it very rewarding to work with people who successfully progress in the workplace and find a balance between work and home.

What you can expect in your first session:

It is really important we build a trusting positive working relationship. And this starts at the first session. 

The session will be spent understanding what it is you want to work towards and by when. Together we will identify any known obstacles or challenges. I will describe how future sessions will work and any pre and post session work that may be required. After all, achieving a positive outcome will require some actions.    

At the end of the first session, you will leave with an understanding how we will work together, and an outline of the putcome we wil work towards achieving.

My coaching style:

I believe in the power of the person I am talking to. I want to understand you and help you to achieve what it is you want to achieve.

I am a calm yet energised person. I am passionate about helping people and get a real sense of delight when someone has a success, a lightbulb moment. My coaching style requires honesty and trust. 

As we progress through the sessions, you wil be able to track your progress, see how you are developing and achieving your goals.
