How to be Happier and More Positive

Daily, people look for ways to be more positive and to feel happier. If you’re one of these people then you are not alone as millions of people feel the same way!
Is this achievable? Where do you start?
Happiness is something you can feel, you can be, starting today, if you choose. I have no idea as to how you feel right now, possibly you are at the lowest point in your life or maybe everything is fine and you just want a little more.
Whatever your personal situation the following two simple tips can help you on your journey; the only piece of advice I would like to add is that if you could have personal coaching, that by working with a life coaching professional it will help you to move forward.
Firstly, there is the issue of "problems". There are all kinds of problems that we face daily, weekly, or sometimes monthly. And although problems come in all shapes and sizes, sometimes they seem to be a huge hurdle, they feel like a brick wall in front of us that we need to navigate over or through in order to find happiness.
Maybe look at this differently, how about looking at every individual problem as a temporary challenge waiting to be overcome.
You could start by focusing on a solution to each problem rather than thinking about the problem itself. This can begin by simply writing down your challenge and your solution as this will instantly move your vision to overcoming this problem rather than staring blankly in the face.
It is definitely worth doing this a few times to see how it works; you will be surprised just how positive the results are and how quickly they come.
Secondly, there is the matter of "being in the moment". So many people seem to either live their lives in the past or at the complete other end of the spectrum, they spend too much time worrying about things that haven’t even happened.
You will be happier if you can live in the moment. Look at where you are right now, this very second and find something in this moment to be happy about; perhaps it is simply finding and reading this article, perhaps it sparked a new thought, inspired you in some way or turned on a lightbulb for you.
Why not keep it simple and begin with these two tips and test them out. Positive results will come, and as a result you will feel happier in your life.
