As a life coach, I support women through the process of change, optimising mental and emotional well-being by enhancing awareness and understanding around any negative thought patterns, self-defeating beliefs and troublesome emotions. This helps to create a more positive and healthy mindset and, in turn, a healthier body - aiding natural conception, healthy pregnancy, and healthy birth.
From the initial intention of wanting to have a baby, I help women prepare their minds and bodies to create a positive and healthy internal environment for bringing a little person into this world. A healthy mental attitude and emotional well-being are as important as a healthy body. In addition to lifestyle choices such as diet and exercise, fundamental factors including stress and anxiety levels will be addressed in the coaching process to help create 'fertile' ground for a healthy conception, pregnancy, and birth. As a life coach, I intend to facilitate healing and growth within, enhancing self-empowerment, a positive mindset, healthy choices, and in turn, a balanced and healthier body and pregnancy.
Did you know that high levels of stress can have a detrimental impact on hormones in the body and therefore can affect the chances of getting pregnant? The mind is inextricably linked to the body, and it is therefore important that we nourish and take care of both mental and emotional states as much as the physical. I work very holistically with my clients, as I believe the power of healing and achieving lies in looking at the 'whole' picture in both their internal and external environments.
Life coaching for mums
I work with mums who would like some support in achieving work or personal goals. Juggling motherhood whilst maintaining a sense of self and purpose can be a challenging prospect. Many women in today's society are often 'something for everyone', leaving them feeling frazzled, stressed, and often with a depleted sense of who they truly are in life. I am passionate about helping women come back to their real selves, taking responsibility for their self-care and needs in life without losing what the true essence of being a mum means to them.
I support women through the process of making those important yet challenging choices around returning to work and re-establishing a sense of purpose and self amid motherhood. Work-life balance is just one area of coaching I specialise in; I also help mums achieve health, well-being, and lifestyle goals in addition to goals around relationship issues. Through the process of life coaching, I can help women enhance awareness, build emotional resilience, create positive behavioural change, and ultimately reconnect to their true self and reach their true potential in all areas of life.
From the initial intention of getting pregnant to a healthy and positive pregnancy and beyond, I help mums-to-be and mums navigate through this huge process of change, psychologically, emotionally, and physically.
