About me

Are you exhausted? Is your mind too busy, do you lack focus or concentration? Are you rushing about and long for a moment of calm and steadiness? Do your worries about the past or anxieties about the future make you feel stressed? Is work really getting on top of you and you feel like you are heading for burnout?  You are not alone, there are possibilities to live a kinder, wiser and more skilful life...

Why work with me?

Stress is overwhelming and consuming, isn't it? But what if you could finally find a way to manage it and live your life with a calm mind and steady spirit?

I have a deep understanding of stress, low mood, anxiety and burnout having experienced this twice in my working life and as a professional working in mental health learning and developement and coaching. Burnout is utterly exhausting and becomes the "new normal" as the symptoms of stress and anxiety creep up on us slowly. We are very good at adapting but often our adaptions are not skilful causing a lot of pain and suffering. There is a different way.

Sometimes you just need to be heard independently by someone trained to actively, and objectively, listen. By someone who really gets it, who understands, who has been there. It can be very helpful to take the necessary time out to identify and express how you feel, or what you're going through at work.

With stress management coaching, you will learn techniques to reduce anxiety, boost productivity, and enhance your overall well-being. I offer personalized coaching sessions tailored to your unique needs, focusing on mindfulness, relaxation, and mental clarity.

Imagine waking up each morning feeling refreshed and ready to tackle your day with confidence. Picture yourself free from the worries that once consumed your thoughts. You deserve to live a fulfilling life, free from stress and worry. Coaching can help you achieve just that.

Don't wait any longer to take control of your mental health. Book a consultation with me today and start living your best life. Let me guide you towards the peace and calmness you deserve.

You can have more control over your emotional life than you think.

What I offer:

Skills-based 1-2-1 coaching can be extremely empowering. You can gain a better understanding gain of your stress response in a safe space, and to identify how you can best manage, cope and feel more in control.

Due to the more personalised nature of coaching interventions, it can also be incredibly effective in helping you to take positive action.

Clients tell me that mindfulness and stress coaching to manage their distresses, anxiety, regain focus and energy has been the biggest intervention in their lives:

"Thank you. I began my day quite anxious with thoughts of panic in meetings, but after our session I managed to sustain a pretty anxiety-free day. I could feel it creep up at times, but overall I managed it well. I really believe this was thanks to what I've learnt in our mindfulness sessions."

What to expect:

Based on the principles of the WorkplaceMT course (validated by the Chartered Management Institute) and The Centre for Stress Management, the goal in our sessions is to help you better understand and manage your mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

It's about learning sustainable methods to change the way you react to stresses in your life, focusing on the importance of self-awareness and techniques of self-care.
I offer an eight week programme of 1 hour per week where each session includes the three elements of mindfulness practice: formal practice, key psychological principles and short guided meditation practices and moments designed to easily incorporate into your working life.

I also offer ongoing stress management and mindfulness sessions and regular catch-ups to support you with your practice and workplace stresses.

I want you to learn the wisdom of mindfulness mediation so you can bring this into your life on your own.
