About me
My Background
My own career transition took me from the world of TV to the world of coaching. My spirit of adventure provided the energy to shift my focus to developing the potential in others. I then spent over 5 years leading the BBC's Career change service before launching my own coaching practice in 2013.

If only we checked the energy in our own battery as often as we do in our phone! As an accredited Resilience specialist, I provide the tools that enable you to understand and action the behaviours that sustain your energy as you bring your best self to all you do.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

I offer an initial complimentary coaching session to discuss what you would like to achieve. This enables you can get to know me a little and experience how I work.
My approach to working with you is holistic and bespoke ensuring the coaching programme meets your needs. As your coach I normally ask clients to meet with me bi- weekly for 3 to 6 months ( depending on what you want to achieve). This approach allows you to build momentum making steady progress as you action positive change.
