Coaching
My unique value is I am your biggest advocate, no matter how complex you feel your situation is. I am always in your corner. I help you spot opportunities and coach you on how to make the most of each one. And you can get in touch with me with your smallest of thoughts or your biggest of questions and receive professional one-to-one support, relevant guidance and timely advice.

We work together to secure your new role (part-time, full-time or contract) and ensure you succeed in it. Or if it transpires that self-employment is best for you, I help you to get your first client.

And while the process of getting a new job or starting your own business may be challenging, it doesn’t mean it can’t be fun.

Practical support
You do not have to do all the hard work yourself as we share the workload. For example, I could write your CV or LinkedIn profile for you in order to open more doors, more quickly, shortening the length of your job search. As well as getting your own tailored written career plan to help you achieve your short-term and long-term professional aspirations, you also have access to my resource library (guides, templates and practical advice). But I don’t just give you the tools, I give you hope!

My background in marketing, change management and motivation has created a comprehensive and effective methodology that supports you compassionately (with big nudges if required) as you transition from uncertainty to confidence.
