I support predominantly the UK's mid to senior executives over the age of 40 who want clarity on whether to change career and how to make that change. Clients learn if they are best suited to being an employee or to having their own business. They discover which roles and workplace cultures to pursue - and avoid - and find their unique career direction to prevent regret at retirement.
Clients start with the Foundation service and work with me remotely all over the UK. As well as career coaching and guidance, I provide extensive and practical tools including an incredibly effective CV, LI profile and cover letter. My background in marketing and professional motivation has created an effective methodology that supports people compassionately (with big nudges when required) as they transition from uncertainty to confidence.

Training, qualifications & experience
Accredited Licensed Practitioner of an Assessment Tool (trained and experienced in interpreting with accuracy and insight the results of a profiling tool that I use to identify an individual's current professional drivers and what it means for their next career move)
Certified Learning and Development Practitioner, British Institute for Learning and Development (BILD) (confirmed my style of educating, instruction and communication are suitable for clients whose learning styles and needs differ greatly)
ILM Executive Coaching and Mentoring Level 7 (means I understand how client self-reflection is useful)
BA Hons in Marketing (very useful as I understand branding and can "pitch you" to future employers on LinkedIn, CVs, interviews, websites etc).

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
