I predominantly support the UK's mid to senior executives over the age of 40 who want clarity on whether to change career and how to make that change. Clients learn if they are best suited to being an employee or to having their own business. They discover which roles and workplace cultures to pursue - and avoid - and find their unique career direction to prevent regret at retirement.
Working remotely, each client starts with the Foundation Service and Toolkit. As well as career coaching and guidance, I provide extensive and practical tools including an incredibly effective CV, LI profile and cover letter. My background in marketing and motivation has created an effective methodology that supports people compassionately (with big nudges when required) as they transition from uncertainty to confidence.

"Seeing as you updated my CV for me, I thought you’d like to know that during the interview for the Head of Communications role, the Marketing Director told me she had received over 300 CVs for the role. She had selected just 8 to interview – of which I was one (pretty chuffed)".
"She secured two interviews from two applications!"
"I had three job offers in the end."
"Having decided where my career direction lay, it was when I started to apply for jobs that Suzanne’s help and advice really started to pay off. Armed with a better understanding of my needs and a new found confidence, I had several successful interviews and even managed to negotiate an improvement in my job offer before starting! This is something I would never normally have attempted."
"The support received from Suzanne was fantastic and her understanding of me as an individual (even though we have never met) was amazing. The insights I received into my own motivation and also my level of satisfaction with my current situation were spot on – even though I didn’t realise it until Suzanne provided me with the details! Since completing the process I have an action plan to move forward with real goals and I have to say I have completed most of them and feel in a far better place."
"My fear was that Suzanne would lack substance, be too fluffy or would push me too fast into making decisions. None of which was the case. Suzanne carefully guided me through a thorough evaluation of my strengths to root around in my career and personal goals, uncovering ambitions long forgotten and tucked away."
"I was looking at salary and location, one of the most important factors about your service was that you kept reminding of other facts I would have missed. I had three job offers. Having you guide me through the whole process, with interview questions, company research and multiple discussions helped me make the right decision for my future."
"It was the singular best thing I have done this year about getting my career on track."
