Calling all introverts, creatives, freelancers, small business owners and anyone who needs a little boost of self-confidence, I provide ICF-accredited confidence and clarity coaching and mentoring to get you from here to where you want to be in the most effective way.
If your life lacks balance, structure or that je ne sais quoi, that would drive your purpose, motivation and happiness, coaching and mentoring can be really valuable.
My coaching style goes beyond adding more tasks to your to-do list but gets deep into the mindset as to what you're really telling yourself, how your environment is affecting your energy and how to map out the life that is aligned with how you want to feel.

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Free initial telephone or online session
Additional information
One session lasting 60-90 minutes is £75, to be booked as and when you feel is necessary.
A block of six sessions (to be taken within 6 months) costs £400.
A year of coaching (one session per month for 12 months) is £750.
