About me
Neurodiversity and Access to Work coaching for the late-diagnosed, the quietly exhausted, and the people who've always felt a bit… different.
If you've spent most of your life wondering why everything feels just a little bit harder than it seems to for everyone else — hello!
I'm Stephanie. ICF MCC coach (not to brag, but this is the highest level of ICF accreditation, held by fewer than 2500 coaches worldwide), and also autistic, dyspraxic, and someone who spent years assuming I’m the problem, it’s me.
I work with late-diagnosed and questioning adults, people with ADHD, autism, or burnout who are holding it all together on the outside while quietly losing the plot on the inside. You've tried the hacks. You've bought the apps. Nothing stuck, because none of it was designed for YOU.
My coaching is warm, a bit nerdy about neuroscience, and occasionally funny. We'll figure out not just what to change but why things have felt so hard, so they don't have to be going forward. Sessions are conversational, but you'll leave with tools and resources to support you long after we're done.
How I can help:
Burnout: Exhausted, shut down, or running on caffeine and willpower? We'll work out what's really going on and rebuild at a pace that doesn't immediately break you again.
Neurodivergence: New diagnosis, old label that never quite fit, or just a growing suspicion that your brain works differently — all welcome. I also offer Access to Work coaching for practical workplace support.
The coping strategies that have stopped working: Perfectionism, overwork, people-pleasing? We'll look honestly at what's underneath and build something more sustainable. Strategies that actually fit, rather than ones you have to force.

Here's some client feedback:
"From my autism diagnosis later in life I no longer understood myself. Stephanie’s coaching helped me to work through what it meant, rebuild my self-identity, and learn new ways of being really effective at work. I couldn’t have done this without her."
"Stephanie is a brilliantly intuitive coach who really likes to dig deep and help me to explore what's beneath the surface. My self-awareness has increased hugely since working with her and I'm interested to see what else she can uncover!"
"I came to Stephanie to brainstorm a few ideas, which she helped me with and more. It turned out that there was more holding me back from moving forward with a project. Stephanie uncovered that quickly and then helped me move from stuck to ready to take action. Easy to talk to, supportive and encouraging yet firm in getting you to answer the right questions and help you get where you need to be, I highly recommend Stephanie's coaching."
"Stephanie just looked at me and asked some quite obvious but quite disarming questions and blew some of the protective shell apart. That's what I was there for but she did it with alarming ease. I've moved on and can now build on what we uncovered. I've already recommended her."
