Supervision details
As your coach supervisor, you can expect integrity-led, psychologically safe sessions and total space to explore whatever is coming up for you. We’ll contract together to ensure you get what you need from the session. Whether you’re looking to reflect and reach personal insights through coach-led questions or asking for a more directive approach and sharing tools and resources, you’re in charge.
I’m here to support you and whatever you bring to the session; however, you may wish to choose a supervisor who offers shared experience. My coaching specialities include neurodiversity, trauma-responsive, and recovery coaching. I also focus on confidence, performance, and career coaching with creatives and introverts in mind.
As your supervisor, you can expect care, compassion, and some straight-talking and dry humour!

Rates are £100 per 60-90 minute session
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
