About me

I help people to unlock their potential and boost their wellbeing. I am a certified Personal Development, Life and Wellbeing Coach, I also work as a Motivational Maps Practitioner within organisations. I support both men and women.

Sometimes life can be tough and we can lose our way,  lose our connection with ourselves and the life we're living and feel overwhelmed. We can struggle to achieve the things we want to. We can feel like we need a change but not sure what, where and how.

It's important to remember that things can always get better.

My area of speciality is in helping people to get the best out of themselves, to achieve the things they want to achieve, reach their potential and overcome challenges they may be facing.

I typically work with clients through a structured programme that helps you to understand yourself better, what motivates you, who and what is important to you, what your values are, what challenges you've faced and overcome previously. We then look at what you want to be, how you want your life to look, what goals you have and how to enjoy the journey along the way.

In addition to working on the specific thing you want to achieve or overcome, we also look to build up a toolkit of resources for you to take into the rest of your life so that you feel stronger and able to face whatever comes your way.

If you'd like to have a free, no-obligation chat about how I could help and how we could work together then please click the following link. It's an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have, and if we both feel we are a good fit then we can talk about what happens next

I have worked with many clients going through life changes and challenges, such as divorce or relationship breakdown, loss of purpose, feeling that they are not reaching their potential, struggling to manage and overcome stress and anxiety, starting a new job, wanting to perform better in their job and other mental health and wellbeing challenges.

Sessions are typically 1 hour long and held online (to anywhere in the UK or RoW) and an initial programme lasts for 12 weeks. I am also able to offer sessions in-person (Glasgow, Scotland) and through walk and talk sessions.

Training, qualifications & experience

I studied with The Centre for Coaching at The British Psychological Society and gained a certificate in coaching, wellbeing and CBT. I have been working as a coach since 2018.  I am also a Mental Health First Aider (Adult and Youth).

I have coached others in my career as a Sales, Business Development and General Manager since 2008 and also as a Rugby Coach (RFU Level 2), coaching at both adult and youth level with both men and women, boys and girls.

Additional information

I offer a free, no-obligation phone or Zoom call so that I can learn a little more about your current situation, what you are hoping to achieve and see if we are a good fit for one another. There’s absolutely no obligation to do anything more than have a chat and there’s no hard sell at the end of the call.

I generally work with clients for an initial 12 week period, with 60 minute sessions being held weekly or every 2 weeks. This enables us to build momentum, consistency, and accountability.

I offer Personal Development Programmes where we cover the following areas;

  • Current situation (starting point)
  • Goals (destination)
  • Understand your motivation at a core level
  • Setting your values (helps guide our behaviours and decision making)
  • Building resilience
  • Wellbeing Wheel (identifies areas for improvement/change)
  • Building a toolkit of resources and strategies
  • Managing & overcoming stress & anxiety
  • Personal Development Plan
  • Mantras

The above is a framework around which I create bespoke programmes for all clients.

Payment is made monthly in advance and if you decide the sessions really aren’t for you then any unused sessions will be refunded.
