About me

I help people to feel like they are reaching their potential, overcoming challenges they may be facing (whether in their personal or professional lives) and to live a more fulfilling life. It may be you want to get your life back n track after divorce or relationship breakdown, you may be starting a new role at work, or struggling to get your business going. Whatever your challenge may be, I believe I can help.

I have worked with many clients going through life changes and challenges, such as divorce or relationship breakdown, loss of purpose, feeling that they are not reaching their potential, struggling to manage and overcome stress and anxiety, starting a new job, wanting to perform better in their job and other mental health and wellbeing challenges.

Online sessions - To anywhere in the UK or RoW.

In-Person sessions - Glasgow, Scotland.

Walk and Talk sessions - Glasgow, Scotland.

We can start by having a free, no-obligation chat about what it is you are struggling with or would like to achieve. It's an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have, and if we both feel we are a good fit then we can talk about what happens next
