About me
Hello, I'm Sanjukta, I am a certified life and career coach dedicated to helping women and mums flourish and thrive in their careers or businesses while achieving their full potential.
As a coach and mum myself, I know how challenging it can be to want to have it all – the family, dream career or business, financial independence and time for yourself and people who matter. So, I've made it my mission to use my experience and background to work with women who are:
- Seeking Work/life balance
- Career coaching for career change
- Career growth and progression or leadership coaching
- Returning to work after a short or long break or maternity leave
- Seeking purpose and clarity on their life, career or business goals
Some of the things I have helped clients with are; clarifying their career goals, developing positive habits, boosting their confidence and self-esteem, mastering time management skills, managing negative self-talk, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, mom guilt or imposter syndrome.
I have enabled my clients to identify their strengths, values and passions, find their purpose, and identify knowledge or learning gaps and more. I have also assisted clients in creating impactful CVs and preparing for interviews and important meetings.
I do this through personalised 1:1 coaching sessions (Zoom).
Our first meeting will be a (free) discovery call for us to get to know each other and for me to get an understanding of your aspirations.
During this call, I will also give you an overview of my coaching process and what you can expect in our sessions. By the end of the session, I will tailor a bespoke coaching program that fits your needs.

My journey into coaching stems from my own experience.
After a decade in the media planning industry, I took a sabbatical to be a full-time mum a role that was equally challenging as it was rewarding. On my return from the sabbatical, I had to reinvent my career. I entered the world of talent research and executive search for the media and marketing sector. This is where I experienced coaching for the first time and discovered my passion for it!
I instinctively mentored and coached team members and executive candidates across global markets and guided them to realise their strengths and overcome challenges leading to personal growth and development, enabling them to reach their full potential. In the process, I also helped them find jobs that aligned with their values, strengths & career aspirations.
The pandemic served as a catalyst for my decision to pursue coaching professionally. I decided to pivot my career and start from scratch. I obtained the necessary training and qualifications to formally begin my journey as a life and career coach, and I haven't looked back since. I believe Coaching is an area where we keep learning for life.

In this call, we will discuss and customise a program for you.
I offer a range of coaching packages to suit your needs and a payment plan to support your investment in coaching and self-development. The coaching packages I offer are 3, 6 or 12 sessions long. I also offer one off (single) sessions but these are good as a follow up session for old clients or just as a one off clarity session.
For new clients who want to make a real difference and see real changes or transformations, I would recommend booking a set of sessions.
I firmly believe that coaching should benefit everyone. That is why I will do my best to develop a tailor made program that works within your current means, delivering on your specific goals. So do reach out and we can work out a plan that works best for you.
